Returns & Cancellations
- Tile orders cancelled more than 15 days after the order date are considered non-refundable, and both the payment and materials will be forfeited.
- Returns may be accepted for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the returned goods meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the return conditions below.
- Up to 15% of each product may be returned within 60 days of delivery to accommodate standard industry overage, as long as the materials comply with our return requirements. We recommend keeping extra material on-site to address any future repairs or adjustments.
- Taxilastone reserves the right to decline returns of discontinued or non-current inventory at its sole discretion.
Return Conditions for Tile

Full-carton products must be returned as complete, unopened cartons in their original packaging.

Products sold by the sheet or piece must be returned in full quantities—partial returns are not accepted.

All materials must be securely and properly packed to prevent damage in transit.

Returns will not be credited if the tiles arrive damaged, broken, defaced, or previously installed.

Material that has been hand-selected or sorted through is not eligible for return.
Any partial or full installation constitutes acceptance of the material.

All returns must be pre-approved by Taxilastone. A valid Return Authorization must be included with the shipment for credit to be issued. Returns will not be accepted once the authorization has expired.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns of Taxilastone-branded products must be shipped to our Secaucus, New Jersey distribution center. Returns cannot be accepted at showroom locations.
Products not branded by Taxilastone are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
Materials labeled as discontinued or final sale at the time of purchase are considered final and may not be returned, exchanged, or cancelled under any circumstances.
Return Conditions for Slabs

A 10% cancellation fee will apply to any slab order cancelled more than 72 hours after the deposit has been received.

Slab orders cannot be cancelled once 15 days have passed from the original order date.

Slabs may be inspected prior to shipment at our slab galleries in Secaucus, NJ; Nashville, TN; or Dallas, TX, or through approved digital inspection methods, if applicable.

Once shipped, slabs are not eligible for return, exchange, or price adjustment.

Any slab that has undergone re-finishing through our finishing program is considered final sale and may not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
