Absolutely. Many of our products are available in alternative sizes and finishes through special orders from our factories. Minimum quantities and lead times vary depending on the product. We also offer "tailored to" options, allowing us to create custom-sized field tiles and mosaics—often with a turnaround time of just two weeks.
Taxilastone offers a range of products that may contribute to LEED certification, including porcelain, ceramic, and glass tiles made using environmentally conscious methods. They also provide natural stone options sourced from quarries within North America, supporting sustainability goals and reducing environmental impact.
We do not charge a restock on Taxilastone product, but may do so on outside vendor material. Please check with your sales associate.
Returns & Shipping
Orders are shipped via common carrier, not directly by Taxilastone, Inc. The selection of the carrier is determined by Taxilastone. All shipments are FOB Destination (see FOB details below). Please note that Taxilastone is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit; any claims must be made directly with the carrier.
We take great care to ensure all products leave our warehouse in excellent condition; however, damage during shipping can occur. Upon delivery, you or your project manager (including contractors, subcontractors, installers, or any individual responsible for installation) must fully unpack and inspect all items at the job site. Any damages must be reported in writing to both the carrier and Taxilastone within 72 hours of receipt. Additionally, any issues should be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. While Taxilastone will assist with filing freight claims upon request, we do not assume responsibility for the outcome of these claims.
Yes, stocked Taxilastone products can be returned for credit within 90 days of receipt. Returns must be properly packaged, undamaged, and show no signs of installation. Items sold by the full carton must be returned in their original packaging. All returns require prior authorization from Taxilastone, Inc., and a copy of the Return Goods Authorization (RMA) must accompany the shipment for credit to be issued.
Yes, custom, made-to-orde and other accessory products are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled.
