SHIPPING

Products are shipped through third-party freight carriers, not directly by Taxilastone, Inc. The choice of carrier is determined solely by Taxilastone. All deliveries are FOB Destination (please see FOB details below). Taxilastone is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit; customers must address any shipping-related claims directly with the carrier.

CUSTOMER FOB INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS

Customers are solely responsible for verifying the box count before signing the bill of lading. Any discrepancies must be clearly noted on the bill of lading prior to accepting the shipment.

Upon delivery to the job site, the customer and any authorized on-site representatives — including general contractors, subcontractors, installers, decorators, or others accountable to the property owner for product installation — must fully unpack and inspect all materials immediately.
